This Privacy Policy sets out the policies that we follow when handling personal information, or information equivalent to personal information, of visitors (hereinafter, “Visitors”) to the various services offered on onecomme.com and through the OneComme app (hereinafter, “the Service”), including provision of information and handling of inquiries.

1. Basic policy

We recognize the importance of personal information and consider protecting it a social responsibility. We comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning personal information, and we properly acquire, use, and manage the personal information handled by the Service. Information collected through the Service is handled appropriately within the scope of its intended purpose of use.

2. Scope of application

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service.

3. Collection and purpose of personal information

3-1. To provide OneComme

We use information to provide the Service’s functions and applications and to operate our community.

3-2. Collection via access analytics tools

The Service uses Google’s access analytics tool, “Google Analytics.”

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data.

This traffic data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

You can opt out of this data collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings; please check your browser settings for details.

This information is used solely for operational purposes and is not normally used in direct association with information that could identify an individual.

You can opt out of sending this data through the application’s settings.

3-4. Collection via the feature request form

The Service collects the following information through the feature request form:

This information is used to review your request, manage development, and respond to you via FANBOX. Your supporter name will not be disclosed when we respond.

Your supporter name is used to cross-reference your support status against FANBOX’s supporter information.

Requests we receive are recorded in the external services described below (email delivery services, issue-tracking services) for the purpose of notifying us of submissions and managing development. See “4-3. Use of external services” for details.

The body of your request is free-form text. Please avoid including information that could identify you or a third party (such as a name, email address, or streaming channel name) unless it is necessary for your request.

Information collected is retained for as long as necessary to review the request and manage development.

3-5. Advertising

The Service uses third-party advertising services (Google AdSense).

Advertising providers may use information about your access to the Service and other sites, in the form of “cookies” (which do not include your name, address, email address, or phone number), to display advertisements for products and services tailored to your interests.

4. Use of external services

4-1. Use of the Google API and YouTube API services

The Service uses Google’s YouTube API service to retrieve users’ video information and streaming status. To provide certain features, the Service retrieves users’ YouTube-related information via the YouTube API service, a service of Google LLC (“Google”). The purposes and required scopes are as follows:

When using and transferring information received from the Google API, we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retrieved user information is stored in encrypted form in KV storage operated by Cloudflare and is not provided to third parties.

YouTube-related information is not stored on our servers. The YouTube API service is provided in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

For more information on the YouTube API terms, see the following pages:

Users can disable the Service’s connection to their Google Account and the YouTube API service by removing the Service’s access from the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions) or by logging out of the application.
Please note that some features of the Service may become unavailable if this connection is disabled.
