채팅 로그 내보내기

OneComme has a feature that outputs all comments as a log for analysis purposes.

Enabling

To enable this feature, check "채팅 기록 남기기" under 기타 in 설정 to start capturing comments.

Comment analysis

The comment analysis feature lets you restore the comment log into an easy-to-read format.

Comment log search

The comment search feature makes it easier to find specific comments.

Cleanup

Cleanup is a feature that deletes comment logs older than a specified date.

Use it to remove old data when your data volume has grown too large.

Select the top-right menu in OneComme > 채팅 로그 > 정리하기.

정리하기지정 날짜 이전의 채팅 로그를 영구적으로 삭제합니다이 작업은 취소할 수 없습니다취소삭제

Select the cutoff date, and comment logs on or before that date will be deleted.

Import previous files

Imports comment logs created in OneComme 7.2 or earlier into the 8.0+ database.

Select the top-right menu in OneComme > 채팅 로그 > 이전 파일 불러오기.

You cannot operate OneComme while the import is in progress.

Make sure you have at least twice the disk space of your comment log data, and allow enough time for the import.

Log file output location

For comment logs from version 7.2 or earlier, and when "로그를 파일로 내보내기" is checked, logs are output daily to the following directory:
