Initial setup

This explains the steps for the initial setup that appears the first time you launch OneComme.

Site registration

The first time you launch OneComme, a screen appears where you register the platforms you plan to stream on.

Registering the platforms you plan to stream on and logging in lets you fetch comments that require it (such as pending comments on YouTube) and comments from members-only streams, so we recommend registering them in advance.

TIPS

You can change your registered streaming platforms later under Settings > Website specific.

Click the platform you plan to stream on to select it.

Note

For platforms marked with *, OneComme cannot check login status, so it cannot tell whether you're logged in.

Once selected, click "Next".

Logging in to streaming platforms

Next, log in to the platforms you registered.

Click "Open in web browser" for any platform showing "Not logged in" to open it.

The platform's login page opens, so log in there.

Once you've successfully logged in, click the x in the top right to close this window.

For platforms that support login checks, "OK" will be displayed.

Note

If it still doesn't show OK after logging in, click "Recheck" once.

Repeat this process to log in to the other platforms.

Once everything is done, click "Save".

Click "Done" to complete the initial setup.

Checking your login status

If you've registered platforms, either a checkmark or an ! mark is displayed at the top of OneComme.

Commenters

If the ! mark is displayed, there are platforms you're not logged in to.
Click the ! mark and log in to the platforms that aren't logged in.

Running the initial setup again

You can run the initial setup again from the top-right menu > Others > Initial setup (this won't reset anything).

If you want to add or change platforms after the initial setup, you'll find the streaming platform settings under Website specific in Settings.

You can add or remove platforms there.
